Villa La Jolla Condominiums are west of Interstate 5 between La Jolla Drive and Gilman Drive. La Jolla is one of the most expensive areas in CA and the beautiful on-site walkways weaving through an abundance of shade trees, flowering shrubs, oversized swimming pools, fully-equipped fitness center, two spas and spacious clubhouse allow one to feel privy to this type of luxury. First class amenities such as newly remodeled kitchens with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, pantries and wood cabinets with glass doors are standard. Bathrooms offer such features as pressed porcelain bathtubs, satin nickel fixtures and beautiful tile in the showers. Each upgraded first floor unit includes marble flooring in the entries, kitchens and bathrooms with plush designer carpeting in the living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms.
