This is a cute, charming studio located just a block from the beach. The Ocean Beach Pier and Newport Avenue are just steps away. The 1930?s beach cottage was renovated in 2008 allowing it to offer a fully equipped kitchen, raised ceilings and a front and back deck to enjoy the ocean?s breeze on. Also included is a LCD TV, DVD player, a laundry facility and an outdoor shower.
