Coronado Ferry
Arguably the most luxurious and scenic way to find your way to the postcard perfect Coronado Island, the ferry that runs from Downtown San Diego is a great way to transport tourists to this remote location. Avoid waiting in traffic on the bridge and having to deal with finding parking, taking this ferry is sure to save you on time and stress. Costing under ten dollars per person for a round trip, and giving up some of the most beautiful views of the city, especially at night, there may as well be no other way to get to Coronado. The water taxi makes for the idea transportation to a romantic island date and is sure to entertain the family as you speed by the city. Commuters are even invited to bring their bicycles aboard without a fee, allowing them to stretch their legs on one of the scenic strands of beach. The ferry leaves at the top of every hour and doesn’t stop transport until 10:00 PM on weekends and 9:00 PM on weeknights.
