So as you may notice Garnet Street is lined with a ton of tattoo shops, but why waste your time! Just go straight to Above All Tattoo! Everyone there is very nice and helpful. They all have a good vibe and don't make you feel uncomfortable or like their better then you. The pricing isn't outrageous either and the quality of artist in there is amazing! I will for sure be coming back as my piece is my entire back and a work in progress being done by Sodapop!
