The Loft Hair Design and Skin Care

I booked a double appt for myself and daughter to have a girls spa day. In the past we have gone to a 'real spa' when we wanted a real treat, but for this trip just wanted a pedi/mani and did not expect full spa treatment. The water for the pedi was ready when I got there and she got me soaking while she gave my daughter her manicure - which means I soaked a looong. time. As I sat there I had a chance to look around and noticed how unorganized and dirty the place was. What shocked me the most was when it was time for us to switch places, she simply drained my water and refilled it for my daughter. She added disenfectant (?) I think to the water but did not clean out the tub at all or even wipe it down! If it had not been me using that tub prior I would have made a fuss about that for sure. But as my daughter pointed out that should not have mattered and it was just gross. With going into detailed detail - our manicures didn't last even a couple of days, the polish had bubbles and were uneven and I had to have her re-do mine the next day because she put it on so thick that even after an hour it hadn't dried. My daughter didn't even want to go back. Then to top it off, she overcharged me. It wasn't by alot and I didn't feel like hasseling with it so I let it go but will certainly warn off others.
