Pros
Friendly staff, friendly Bryden, clean.
Cons
Music way too loud. Priced too high for work specialty/quality.
Review Details
I read the reviews and was hopeful to find a good color specialist. Nice staff. Loud music. Loud conversations across the room amongst admin. personnel.
Brydenwas very nice and kept trying to turn the music down, but the volume always crept back up to far too high for me. If you are looking for a calmer quieter environment, this is not the place to have your hair done. The cost was more than originally quoted for those "add-ons" that I did not understand. I wish I could say I will return because I'm really looking for a special long-term color specialist. I just got the normal great-looking light color, but it LOOKS like color and bleach rather than the subtler highlight I had hoped for. What I got will contrast greatly with growth, and i specifically said I needed a subtler highlight to avoid great contrast with growth. Bryden, nice; personnel, nice. Price too high for what I consider to be average coloring. Ambience - giant tv and loud stereo system on busy Cass street. I got a migraine while there from the noise and I gave up asking since I mentioned it first thing. Once the "color begins," it's kind of too late to turn back. I would not recommend this to the customer looking for more mature environment. My color is TOO LIGHT now, but with summer on it's way, it's tolerable, for now.
Conclusion
This was MY experience, and I'm picky and older. I would recommend visiting salon and have color consultation first.
