Palms Day Spa

I worked for this spa as an esthetician/receptionist. The training and management (owner)was horrible. The owner doesn't know how to run a spa and has never even had a facial before. She doesn't know anything about customer service in this industry!! Ex. A customer saw a discount online and wanted to purchase a gift certificate. The owner told me not to honor it the discount and the customer bought the gift cert anyway. He came back 15 minutes later and said he found a better deal and wanted a refund. The owner told me not to give him a refund! He threatened to call the police and submit a report and then she finally let me give him his money back!! Also, after you purchase a gift certificate you cannot schedule your service whenever is best for you. She will only accept the use of two gc per week!!
