I've been salon hopping for quite a while, trying to find the perfect place to settle for and get a membership or whatnot. After being referred to Hollywood Tans in Mission Valley and getting a great bronzed color from their Mystic tan, I knew I found my ideal tanning salon. The tanning was quick, and it got the job done without having to go in for another session, so afterwards I was able to hit up the malls nearby (a major plus!).
I love tanning…but my boyfriend does not. But FINALLY I found a way to convert him to a tan-lover at the Mission Valley Hollywood Tans location. We needed a quick-fix to head off to a friend’s wedding in Paris and show off our hot California looks! I went for the HT54 booth—a not too hot, but not too cool booth perfect for a medium glow—and got the Hidden Desire bronzer to top it off. My boyfriend opted for something a little lighter and went in the HT42 booth—which totally created a great, genuine beachy tan that he LOVED. I recommend that you go a few times after though, to really complete the base look. We went a couple more times before our trip and by the time we were in Paris, people just knew we were from California!
Valentine's Day is just around the corner and I'm surprising my boyfriend with a night out downtown and a fancy dinner. I haven't had much time in my schedule to go tanning and the rain hasn't been helping either. I went to Hollywood Tans yesterday for my last session of the 10 minute tan, and the results are au natural. I used to go to another salon, but switched over just to compare. Hollywood Tans definitely gave me a better, healthier-looking tan and I'm so ready to surprise my bf on Saturday.
