Since the 1970s Craniosacral therapy has been used to strengthen the body’s ability to alleviate illness, pain, and dysfunctions such as migraines, allergies, depression, back pain, anxiety, fatigue, sleeping disorders, and others. From her experiences with asthma in the past, Barbara DeVito has practiced her beliefs of non-medicated treatments by performed numerous Craniosacral Therapy Sessions. These sessions involve light touches used to detect unhealthy imbalances in the body. From these touches, Barbara recognizes problematic areas and uses various techniques to relieve pressure in the body.
