The Lash Studio

Like so many others, I purchased the Living Social special for lash extensions for my daughter and myself. Silly me, I didn't check their feedback first. I definitely should have! Unlike some of the others, I couldn't even get them to make an appointment. As soon as I told them I had a coupon, they avoided me like the plague. I told right after purchase I had a special event I wanted to use them for. I was told "no problem. Just call several days before." I called them five days before when I needed them and was told to go to the website to book an appointment. The website form was down and wouldn't work, even after repeated attempts. So I e-mailed, repeating the urgency that I needed them that weekend, both for the event and the expiration was drawing near. I was again told to text a certain number. I tried all day to get a hold of someone who could schedule an appointment. Out of frustration, I called again (my fourth call by then) and finally got a human. She was extremely rude and told me that there was no way they could get me in until Monday, the week AFTER our event and, conveniently, just beyond the expiration date. I was disappointed that we wouldn't have them for the event we purchased them for but asked them to at least honor the deal. I was told there was no way they would do that. Not only that, but she was snotty about it! I was stunned. She pretty much told me that even though I had e-mailed proof that I was told they would get us in and I had tried to get in with them for three days straight and they never got back to me, it was now my problem and that I would only have a credit with them for the amount of what I paid. I told them under no circumstances would I be paying them another dime and I hung up. Living Social was great and gave me a full refund, but I wouldn't set foot in this place if it was the last lash place on the planet. SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

The lash studios staff service was awesome! They made me feel so comfortable and 45 min later I can wake up looking beautiful with out even wearing makeup. I Save me so much time on makeup process. I wake up looking pretty every morning. Will for sure recommend to all my friend. Not only do they offer lash but natural nail services, spray tan, waxing, and makeup. Wow, one stop beauty shop for me?! Luv.. Luv.. It??!!

I had to get new head shots taken and I decided I wanted a little more dramatic look. I went into The Lash Studio the morning of the shoot and got individual lashes put in. It was comfortable and my eyes didn't tear as much as usual. Best part is that they lasted so long!!
