Listing Details: Seth’s Chop Shop is the new talk of San Diego, best known for its wild atmosphere and numerous artworks decorating the inside. The staff is careful about making sure their patrons know what they want since much of the work is permanent. There’s even a tattoo parlor to go along with the permanent makeup appliances.
