Renew Integrative Health Center

This place is unprofessional and rude. My husband and I bought a groupon (a discounted rate gift certificate) for this place. However they refused to honor the groupon. They were very nice to me on the phone until I mentioned that I was a groupon customer and then flipped the switch from nice to rude in zero seconds flat. This amazes me considering they are the ones who supposedly wanted the new business from people checking out their services from a new revenue source. We called several times to schedule an appointment, but were told that since we were groupon customers they could not book us for weeks. There was no mention of restrictions for groupon customers in the ad. Also acupuncture was not available on weekends or week nights, so basically, we'd have to take time off from work to get an acupuncture. You might wonder if we've addressed this with the company. Well, we tried. Too bad they don't return phone calls or it could have saved them from having a bad review here on yelp. I called groupon and they were kind enough to refund our money. So I DO wholeheartedly recommend groupon to anyone: great discounts and very professional customer service. We've used them for almost a year now. I would NOT recommend this, "health center" to a friend. If anything, you'll need a massage somewhere else after trying to talk with them.
