Mingle Salon in Pacific Beach is definitely trendy and different. The girls in the salon are really friendly, talkative and fairly entertaining. It's nice to go to a super CLEAN, new nail salon where you can actually understand what the people are talking about.

At first glance this is the perfect nail salon. It's super trendy with bright teal and pink walls and is always busy with a hipster PB crowd. But ... it's really just not a good salon. My manicure was $18, and I probably could have done it better myself. While it's refreshing not to have Vietnamese screamed in your ears here, I almost missed that stereotype when having to listen to the annoying girls that work at Mingle blab on, and on.

Pacific Beach has a million nail salons but my girlfriends and I always love coming to Mingle. Granted you will get your snobby sorority girls that come in here, but they offer great manicures and pedicures and have a really friendly staff.
