Listing Details: The Jean-Phillipe Salon was started in 1993. Between artists wanted to grant a unique, modern perspective on hair styling. Originally the company began in Texas where both reside and clients there can get their hair cut by them for exorbitant fees, but in La Jolla the experience is just as nice, minus the famous individuals and the hundred dollar haircut. The salon still has its standout moments, such as being nominated in the ’black tie edition’ of 994 magazine in 2008, a rare and unique opportunity. There are also numerous kinds of hair treatment, including the unique Bumble and Bumble which is used for hair restoration and damage treatment. The salon even sells it by the bottle so patrons can fix things up themselves. Jean-Phillipe is also dedicated to art forms with photography and numerous galleries can be found on their website. It’s worth checking out just as much as the salon itself.
