Added 11/29/07 Awful experience

I saw a coupon for buy 1 get 1 free at the sdreader.com for laser. I called them to confirm and the receptionist confirmed on the phone, gave me the prices, and made an appointment. When I showed up for appt, I was escorted to the room where the person who was working there started pushing me to buy laser package deal. I said that I just want to use the coupon for one time. She proceeded to pushing me to buy the package deal. Then she said that she has to ask the manager about the coupon I have. I told her that I already spoke with the front desk and it's okay. She said okay, but if I want a numbing creme for bikini area I'd have to buy it from them for $30. Then she left the room and came back in 15 min and told me that they can't honor the coupon I have (buy 1 get 1 free). I said that in this case I don't want the service. When I went to speak with the manager, he was extremely rude to me and refuse to honor the coupon. When I asked another employee the managers last name, she cut me off by saying that his name is Bob and that all I need to know. I left very upset and I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. If you want nice, polite staff - go somewhere else.
