Chiropractique

I had some gnarly neck pain so I went to Dr. Brian for an initial adjustment. I'd been to a sports chiropractor a couple of times a few years ago, but that was my only experience with chiropractors. I was led to the water massage table. You lay down on the table and the part under your back is like a water bed but with jets inside. There were several other massage chairs in the room too. It smelled so nice in there, and the whole atmosphere was SO relaxing!! I met Dr. Brian and he took me to a room where he proceeded to answer any questions I had at length and he really took his time. That is refreshing because usually you feel rushed at dr appointments. He adjusted my neck and it cracked so loud I almost jumped off the table! He was very gentle and gave me a minute to chill. The cool thing was.... for many days afterwards, I would kind of move my back and neck in ways that I knew usually made it crack - just out of habit - and it didn't do it anymore. That was kind of neat. It's like he got all the cracks out. I went back for more adjustments ith Dr. Brian and Dr. Beau (who is soo awesome) and a massage and every time it has been a great experience. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming.
