Looking to get a jump start on my non existent fitness routine, I tried Bootique Fitness. This was the best thing that I could do for myself. No more boring treadmills or weight machines. Jaylin kept every workout different and interesting. She is energetic and motivating and that says a lot coming from a couch potato. The best part was the feeling that I had when I finished would last well into the next day. I didn't realize how much stress I had in my body. I have been much more relaxed for the past month and have not had a tension headache in over a month! Worth every penny!
Jaylin is a great motivator and keeps the classes interesting and fast paced. She really knows her stuff.
Let me preface by saying that I do not like working out. I like playing sports and physical activity, but do not like working out, and the gym bores me. If you are like me, this is the workout for you! Although I still have to drag myself to get there after work, the payoff is so worth it! I have crazy energy and am able to keep up with a much more demanding schedule because of it. It is easy to make working out a priority with the personalized attention you get with Jaylin. DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was a little scared about the fact that Bootique fitness touted themselves as a boot-camp style workout. But I found out that it was not as scary as I imagined! Jaylin was very kind, and always showed each person how to do the exercises correctly. The workouts didn't seem to difficult in the beginning, but after 45 minutes of straight working out, I was dog tired! I felt it the next day too! The constant pace Jaylin made us keep was great, and I in one month I lost 3% body fat, without gym equipment or working out everyday! I loved it!
I have been more than pleased with Jaylin and Bootique Fitness. The workouts are in convenient locations at good times, the other participants are great, and Jaylin encourages you to push yourself while providing support to stick with the program. I lost 7 pounds in four weeks – even though I missed two classes while I was eating my way through the Napa Valley for a friend’s birthday! The nutrition pointers were very helpful, and I found that committing to the class and working so hard at it motivated me to watch my diet as well. I would recommend Bootique Fitness for anyone interested in feeling and looking better!
Jaylin is great, energenic, positive & encouraging! Location is incredible! Workouts are always fun, different and very challenging! LOVE IT!
I started at Bootique Fitness as a one month personal challenge. I have to admit I was a bit nervous to begin, intimidated at the thought of some hard-core, overbearing drill-like instructor with a whistle. When I arrived for my first class, I was pleasantly surprised, greeted by 20 other women of all different shapes and sizes. The energy was contagious from minute one. The instructor Jaylin was anything but the creepy drill sergeant I had imagined, instead she was fresh, powerful, and motivating…and no whistle. Each and every class has been different. The feeling of dread and boredom that I used to get when trying to motivate myself to go to the gym is gone. The classes are fun, innovative, and most importantly, while you know you are getting a great workout, it doesn’t feel like work. Personally, I love that Jaylin tracks your progress, and the proof of your success is right there on paper. After only 1 month, which was a total of 12 classes, I lost 4% body fat and 3 inches. I feel better, look better, have less stress and more energy. I seriously look forward to going to class. I can’t recommend Bootique Fitness enough, it has gotten me back on the road to a healthier lifestyle…not to mention, back into my favorite jeans! ? Oh, and you cannot miss out on the Zumba dance classes…SO fun, and one of the best workouts I’ve ever had in my life.
Jaylin is wonderful! I never in a million years thought I would ever WANT to leave my house at 6am to go do squats (and other things) in the rain or shine, but bootique is the best. Once I get myself out of bed and to class, (I'll admit it's a struggle) I have so much fun and feel wonderful for the rest of the day. Try it! You'll be hooked! Also, don't be worried about your own level of physical fitness. It seems like the class can accommodate anyone
I don't remember when the last time was that I had this much energy and felt so good about myself. I started off overweight and no where near being fit or healthy. I would never have imagined being able to accomplish as much as I have in just the 4 weeks that I have been with Bootique. I don't remember when the last time was that I did a squat, lunge or push up before I attended a Bootique class. After 4 weeks, I was doing up to 100 of each in one session without even realizing it! I also went from needing to have my morning caffeine to keep me going throughout the day to needing to have my morning nutrition snack and a Bootique workout to make it. I love that it is an all womens Boot Camp, so no worrying about how much more the men can do or even having to worry about them staring at you! The instructor provides plenty of support and motivation to keep you going. I never wanted to miss a class! Bootique is not only a fitness class, but a lifestyle changing class. Bootique keeps you thinking positive, eating healthy, and exercising at the level that you are capable of while always pushing for that little extra! I would recommend Bootique to anyone that needs that motivation to get back on the right track without the scary boot camp drill instructor attitude!
