San Diegans flock to the downtown branch of nationwide chain Urban Outfitters, which supremely reigns as the trendiest shop for young people to score fashionable duds and accessories, without having to enter the bustling madness of nearby Horton Plaza. The chain’s owners, also the founders of popular lines Anthropologie and Free People, claim to possess the ultimate ability to connect with their customers on an emotional level, and the throngs seem to agree. Diesel, Puma and Levis Red Tag are just a few of the cherished apparel brands available for purchase, along with an assortment of colorful glassware, bedspreads, knickknacks and gift books. Accessories are wide-ranging and though they’re less expensive than other Urban Outfitters products, they carry the same fad-funk that makes customers salivate.

I went to the urban outfitters in downtown san diego last week to get some new stuff for my dorm. their service is pretty bad--I don't think anyone talked to me the whole time I was there. But their housewear selection is perfect for dorms: random coffee books & vintage posters. nice.
Conclusion

 I would recommend urban outfitters for cheap home-upgrades, but their clothing is the same as it's always been and their service sucks.

I love Urban Outfitters! I always try to make a quick stop here whenever I'm downtown. Their clothes are just my style and you can always find great deals. And the little books and knickknacks they sell there are perfect for holiday shopping.
