Added 06/13/11 Horrible customer service

I ordered a bracelet for my wife and paid for 2nd day shipping. The item was not listed as back-ordered but a week later it still hasn't shipped. The website never emailed me to explain the delay, nor did they answer my emails, and when I called no one was there to talk to. The company is incommunicado.
