Rusty Del Mar

Rusty Del Mar opened in 1987 under the guidance of Rusty Preisendorfer, owner of the Rusty brand. In the last twenty year the store has expanded and become the heart and soul of the surfing community. RDM, as most locals refer to it, is only feet from the beach so it is never unusual to see customers still in wetsuits with sand on their feet perusing the store. The store not only offers the best in merchandise but also a wide variety of rentals. Though store management just changed over, new manager Zach Groban promises to keep the same "wet bathing suits and boards leaning against the front door" atmosphere at RDM.
