The women that work/own this store are horrible people. We parked our car next to their store for a quick coffee stop next door. Keep in mind that we were there 10 minutes before they opened, and we have been customers in this store on a regular basis. When we came out, they had blocked in our car so we couldn't leave! When we politely asked them to move their car, they said no because we weren't allowed to park there. We were going to have to wait for her to finish unloading product! Of course each party exchanged words (no cussing), but to no avail they wouldn't move. When we indicated that we were customers, they had the nerve to tell us that they've never seen us in their store and we weren't customers today. When they threatened to call the police, we wished they had. When they threatened to call the towing company, I went into the store to prove a point that now I was a customer and could park there. We are residents in the Encinitas and North Coastal community and are very disappointed we have people like these 2 women profiting from our residents and vacationers. They have no sense of customer service. They could have turned this situation into a positive one and made us long term customers. They could have been polite and simply indicated for future situations, only customers could park there. We would have apologized and went about our day, which was helping our family members move! When I told her we were going to tell all in the neighborhood not to shop there, one of the women said to make sure that we tell all that we were illegally parked. So I told you, and now, don't shop there! Thank you!
