The elusive Frills Boutique in Hillcrest is located off the usual beaten path of University Avenue in the Ralph’s shopping center. This gem of a store has very hot pieces for every San Diego occasion, such as an animal print bag big enough to be used as luggage, but small enough to tote around town. Frills also currently carries a to-die-for short sleeve leopard trench coat. This is the perfect statement piece to throw on when the San Diego weather isn’t at its best, and it’s even on sale.
