Agreed. Most things from that store are defective, or going to be after you wash it. I don't recommend following care instructions on their products, hand wash everything. Double check for holes, crooked seams and all that before purchasing, or taking tags off. They have a very strict return/exchange policy because they know they sell poorly made products. Just be careful!

I live in Toronto and a Forever 21 recently opened at Fairview Mall. I have gone in that store three times, and tried on many of their clothes. But i have not been able to find a single extra small fit in there. I am normally a 2 (fitting) or 4 (jackets/skirts) according to H&M but when i get a small at Forever 21.. they literally feel like a medium or even a large on my genetically petite frame. I have asked the customer service reps there and they said they do carry extra small, yet could not show me a piece of extra small item, nor have I seen an extra small item on their website. Now is that just me? cuz when i google about forever 21, people complain about their small fit, which just leaves me in utter confusion.

Might want to check the label on how to care for your clothing before tossing it in the washer and DRYER with your lint filled towels. Many of the items on sale at Forever 21 are hand wash only and lay flat to dry -- If you can't care for your cheap clothes, how can you expect fragile designer/expensive clothes to last either? Whether expensive or inexpensive, most clothes are manufactured in sweatshops, and to be honest, you can tell by touching the fabric whether it'll last a long time or not. Forever 21 sells both thick long-lasting fabric, and thin, hard to wash fabrics. Use your hands.
