I have shopped at Forever 21 a couple of times now and I have found that while their clothes are very inexpensive (cheap) they are also cheap in quality. They will last up until you have to wash them--them you might as well throw them away or save them for your pet yorkie. THEY WILL SHRINK or fall apart in the washer. I also came to find that their clothes run really really small. I am normally a small or extra small (sizes 2-4) but even the small clothes fit me tight at Forever 21. I guess it's okay for one-time-use, but don't expect quality.
Conclusion

 Being cheap can cost you more money in the long run. I prefer long-lasting quality clothing.

Learn to read please.

Might want to check the label on how to care for your clothing before tossing it in the washer and DRYER with your lint filled towels. Many of the items on sale at Forever 21 are hand wash only and lay flat to dry -- If you can't care for your cheap clothes, how can you expect fragile designer/expensive clothes to last either? Whether expensive or inexpensive, most clothes are manufactured in sweatshops, and to be honest, you can tell by touching the fabric whether it'll last a long time or not. Forever 21 sells both thick long-lasting fabric, and thin, hard to wash fabrics. Use your hands.

Although the clothes from Forever 21 run small and usually fall apart, there are some gems. First off, I would try on the clothes b/c looks may be deceiving. Also, check the hem lines and make sure they are in line and there aren't any loose threads. I can find a good top to go out in and maybe wear again later. Plus if you spill your drink you won't care b/c it was so cheap.
Conclusion

 If you are on a budget and want to look cute u can always buy a trendy top or dress for less and pair it with some of your better quality clothes, shoes, and accessories.

Agreed. Most things from that store are defective, or going to be after you wash it. I don't recommend following care instructions on their products, hand wash everything. Double check for holes, crooked seams and all that before purchasing, or taking tags off. They have a very strict return/exchange policy because they know they sell poorly made products. Just be careful!

After learning of horrid sweat shop conditions, I refuse to shop at any store carrying their Logo. Anyone who treats human beings less than another should be not allowed to participate in American Democracy...
