If you’re scouring the town for the perfect costume to wear to that disco party, Flashbacks is the only place to go. As colorful as a funhouse crammed with clowns, Flashbacks is a party in itself, a cyclone of funky costumes, vintage duds, and outrageous accessories sure to glamorize even the stuffiest of squares. You’ll have a ball of a time perusing stock like eighties skirts puffy with netting, spangly sixties minidresses, bell bottoms glittering with gems, velvet pimp-robes, and platform shoes. Add a foot or more to your height with Stackers go-go boots, and don a cotton candy-colored wig as a crowning glory. Flashbacks also offers racks of toned-down items like tees and jeans, and will gladly purchase all your funky gear back when you can’t justify the closet space that three-foot afro wig is taking up.

The Flashbacks in Hillcrest had really funky outfits one could create for not that expensive. The cusotmer service is decent. They almost need to leave you alone in order for you to find what you're looking for. Great place to look for halloween or theme party costumes.
