A night out downtown is never complete without a visit to some of the city's hottest nightclubs and high-end restaurants. Among them, Zen Cafe is at the top of the list for its tantalizing Asian fusion dishes and swanky décor. Their ruby-red bar is always lined with attractive singles and hip couples sipping on Tokyo Tea cocktails as they wait for an open table. Dine on shrimp sushi rolls and exotic sushi behind blue velvet curtains that drape from the gold-flaked, 30-foot high ceiling. The sushi rolls do not disappoint each with generous portions of the freshest tuna, yellowtail, and salmon, and an exquisite mix of flavors including macadamia nuts and panko-crusted tempura. Snag a seat at the sushi bar and chat it up with the talented chefs and watch as they craft beautifully elaborate sushi rolls. Be sure to make reservations ahead of time – the wait can take as long as an hour.
