Wine Vault & Bistro is one of the more unique dining experiences in San Diego. Providing a restaurant and wine shop in their own non-traditional way, the Wine Vault serves food and sells wine only via dinners set on specific calender dates, generally Thursdays through Fridays. These dinners usually pair bistro dining with wine tasting.
Menus vary greatly, from Italian to French to Brazilian, and are not announced to the public until a few days before the dining event. No matter what the menu ends up being though, dinners are always exquisite and paired with the perfect quality wines. All wines are for sale during the event, so be sure to bring home a bottle of your favorite.
On top of all this, the Wine Vault & Bistro has an amazing atmosphere, offering a beautiful patio and a warm, cozy fireplace to cuddle up by, making it a perfect first date spot.
