Added 11/19/11 Disappointing ramen

Was really looking forward to trying an upscale and hip ramen place. Disappointing...have to stand in line to order, so if you've never been there before and want to review the menu a little closer, it holds up the rest of the line. Broth is greasy...from the fat from the pork belly...so no slurping up the broth for me. Meat in the soup is very tasty, the noodles are delicious....but, not worth $12. Need to serve siracha....what's with the seats...at least glue down the felt or whatever it is you decided to throw down on the bar stools.
