At any given night, you can find a packed house full of interesting locals all dancing to the beat of their own drum. Feel free to be yourself at Today’s Pizza & Salad, enjoying any number of their delicious treats. The portabello pizza is a personal favorite, packed full of flavor and a little different than your usual pie. This pizza is based with garlic sauce, adding exponentially to the flavor given off by the fresh mozzarella and ripe, picked mushrooms. However, pizza isn’t the only thin they do great here. Try a BBQ chicken sandwich, or a classic meatball sub as an alternative to a few slices of their incredible pizza. Today’s Pizza and Salad is a staple in the Encinitas community and is totally worth a visit if you are ever in the area.
