Tio Leo's Mission Gorge
For over 30 years, Tio Leo’s has been serving up authentic handmade Mexican cuisine in a casual, laid back setting. Entrees include the Carne Chile Colorado, with tender chunks of top sirloin prepared with a mild red chile sauce served with beans, rice and choice of tortillas; the Shrimp Enchildadas, with Spanish sauce, guacamole, sour cream, beans and rice; the Machaca Con Huevo with Fresh eggs, shredded beef, chopped onion, bell pepper and tomato, scrambled home-made style, served with beans, rice and choice of tortillas; and Chile Relleno De La Casa, stuffed with Jack cheese and dipped in a special batter, ladled with Spanish sauce and decorated with guacamole, sour cream and served with a side of beans and rice.
If you’re looking for a non lard-loaded entrée, Tio Leo’s offers a Healthy Choices menu that includes delicious selections such as Grilled Eggplant Tacos, topped with cabbage, pico de gallo and feta cheese, and served with a side of black beans and Mexican coleslaw; the Pollo Asada Rice Bowl, with feta cheese, sliced grilled top sirloin, avocado and pico de gallo on a bed of Spanish rice; and Lettuce Wrap Tacos, with spicy chopped chicken, peanuts, chopped eggplant, pico de gallo and avocado.
