If you’re suffering from a horrendous Sunday morning hangover, stuff your face with hearty entrees such as the Mission French Toast, made with fresh baked cinnamon bread on a palette of berry puree, accented with an array of fresh fruit and powdered sugar; the Zen Breakfast, made with scrambled egg whites, braised tofu, brown rice, lightly grilled zucchini, tomatoes, onions and squash; the Pappas Locos, with rosemary potatoes, grilled jalapenos, black beans, cheese, avocado, sour cream and two scrambled eggs; or the Mission Rosemary, with scrambled eggs, crispy rosemary potatoes, sauteed tomatoes, and grilled rosemary bread.
