The Marble Room
Madame Cora’s Marble Room is a 1900s themed bordello that offers a menu of unique small plates in an upbeat and always-sultry atmosphere. All of the waitresses are dressed up in corsets with feathers in their hair to really give you the saloon feel that you came to enjoy and experience. The atmosphere in The Marble Room is fun, as the decor will show with its many chandeliers scattered throughout the restaurant and the dozens and dozens of mirrors of all sizes plastered all over the walls. With such an upbeat environment, it is the ideal place for bachelorette parties, birthday parties, or just a spontatneous get together. Not only is the interior fun and exciting, but the food can also be described as mouth watering. Chef Bill Sauer has created a variety of California bistro style dishes that are meant to be shared. Check out the Angus Beef Sliders with Carmody cheese, bacon braised onion and caper-dijon mayo; Ahi Lettuce Wraps with diced Ahi, bib lettuce, seaweed salad, preserved lemon and roasted jalepanos; or Proscuitto Mac-n-Cheese with rigatoni pasta, prosciutto and five cheese sauce with breadcrumbs. Along with a delectable array of dishes, The Marble Room also hosts a creative drink menu that carries cocktails such as Moulin Rouge or Mail Order Bride. These one of the kind signature drinks are sure to bring out the fun in everyone because not only are they fun to say, but they're also delicious!
