Editorial Review of The Beach House

The second of three installments, The Beach House in Cardiff by the Sea has offered patio seating that nearly touches the shoreline since 1993. With an ocean view that cannot be beat, the restaurant is split into two floors: downstairs customers will find the same traditional fare of the other two Beach House restaurants with a lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch menu while upstairs at "The Top of the House" patrons can enjoy a seafood grill and oyster bar complete with live entertainment and happy hour. The Beach House's great view is only topped by its phenomenal food.

I FOUND IT! The best Fish Taco in San Diego. Forget about the Brigantine, Fidel's, El Norte, any other so-called "Mexican" restaurants, and definitely forget about those who boast the term "best fish taco in town". It just happens that the $3.95 Crunchy Mahi-Mahi Taco, which is $2.95 at happy hour, is by far the BEST. Yes, it's fried, but forget about that! The combination of the fried fish, cabbage, (they say cheese, but we didn't see any), and a mango pico de gallo is pure perfection. I'm still going to order fish tacos elsewhere, just to make sure my tastebuds are working properly, but I know that it is going to be tough to beat The Beach House!
