Editorial Review of Taste

Taste is an Artisan Cheese Shop, located in Hillcrest, that takes prides itself on an authentic selection of over 100 varying types of cheeses. Taste only offers the finest cheese, never pre-sliced and always made to order, such as Gruyere and Spanish Sheep cheese. Atmosphere is really what makes Taste stand out among other cheese shops. When making a selection, the staff brings your chosen cheese wheel to a butcher block for slicing, right before your eyes. And with Wine Steals right next door, Taste educates each customer about pairing cheese with wine.

Those hoping to discover the perfect pairing will be pleased to find the Taste staff on hand to offer expert advice on unique cheese and wine combinations. And if want to discover that perfect duet yourself, Taste also offers a series of monthly workshops to serve emerging experts. Not only does Taste carry an impeccable variety of cheeses, but also a unique selection of pates, mousses and cured meats as well as artisan breads and chocolates.
