A fusion of Japanese, Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine, Tao is quickly becoming a go-to staple in Normal Heights. One of Tao’s most notable features is their house-made tofu and soy milk. Made fresh daily, it is served up in a majority of delectable dishes such as the complimentary herb and tofu ginger salad, tofu spring rolls and the vegetarian Hu Tieu.
