Constantly rated as one of the best sushi restaurants in all of San Diego County, and with good reason, Taka Sushi is fresh, inspired and classy. Offering traditional Japanese sushi, the eatery intrigues the palates of excited diners with classic rolls, sashimi and soups.
Brave diners ordering the chef's daily recommendations will always be pleased. Those who are not as courageous should try the miso with clams, the tuna belly and a special battera - filled with caviar, crab, tuna and shrimp, for a selection of the finest foods Taka has to offer. Don't forget to top off the meal with the green tea crème brule for a uniquely delectable east meets west experience.
Taka Sushi's prices may run higher than other sushi establishments in the area, but the food is far superior to most and those willing to spend extra money for excellent quality will not be disappointed.
