Editorial Review of
Sushiya
Sushiya, a chain unique to San Diego, offers diverse Japanese cuisine. Their menu is vast, offering hand rolls, a dozen special rolls, and while there isn't a lot for the non-sushi lover, Sushiya does have several appetizers and salads that do not feature raw fish, like the gyoza or the seaweed salad. Sushiya, as would be assumed, also has saki and Japanese beer for any of its patrons looking for a quick Saki Bomb, and a dessert menu that features favorites mochi and tempura ice cream.
