Straight from Mexico, Sushi Itto offers a unique dining experience, combining traditional Japanese fare and sushi with western flair. In addition to an extensive list of specialty sushi rolls that include jalepano, cream cheese and other North American favorites, Sushi Itto encourages guests to create their own rolls. If the creation is popular enough, it may even end up on the menu or at least as a one-night special. Though the rolls are large, try not to skip the superb miso soup and grilled edamame appetizer, and save room for the tempura ice cream.
The chill atmosphere and modern décor makes Sushi Itto seem more like a lounge serving sushi than a sushi restaurant. Between the casual atmosphere and unique sushi rolls, there's no better sushi fusion than Sushi Itto.
