Sea Rocket Bistro is a new North Park restaurant that offers a fresh take on dining. This hip bistro uses local meat, produce and wine from across San Diego county, and the constantly changing menu is dependent on which fish are being caught by local fisherman. The new San Diego Sea Rocket Bistro offers two types of dining in their eye-catching purple, teal, and wooden dining rooms—one can either eat “family style” at one of the communal tables in the front of the restaurant (a perfect way to make a friend or two) or those looking for more privacy can opt for their private tables in a separate dining room (perfect for a special date night). The chefs and owners of Sea Rocket Bistro focus on creating a connection between their diners and the people and places their food comes from. The end result is a more fulfilling overall restaurant experience and a certain satisfaction in knowing you are supporting the many aspects of the city we all love so much.
