Sbicca an American Bistro
Just glancing through the long list of awards Sbicca American Bistro has acquired gives proof for Susan and Dan Sbicca’s success. With two consecutive "Best American Casual Dining" awards in a row, this down to earth restaurant located in a modern village with an amazing sea side view can not be beat. With a relaxed and friendly environment and a beautiful location, the amazing food is like the icing on the cake. The wood chairs and tables match perfectly with the earthy color scheme and vibe this restaurant provides. With twinkling lights outside giving off a romantic feel, this place is perfect for pretty much any occasion. The wine list is quite extensive with a variety of prices to suit any customer’s palate and wallet. There are also multiple menus planned for lunch, brunch, dinner and even one made especially Valentine’s Day. With detailed descriptions of these interesting meals on the menus which make your mouth water, it is definitely hard not order the whole menu. Starters include Louisiana blue crab cakes (with chive chipotle remoulade) as well as sesame seared ahi (with ruby-wasabi sauce and cucumber Serrano salsa). Amongst their most scrumptious entrees is the classic seafood paella (shrimp, clams, scallops, fresh seafood, pancetta, tomato saffron sauce) and the prosciutto-wrapped sea scallops (wild mushroom ragout, wilted rainbow chard, truffle aioli). Sbicca restaurant’s intent is to put passion and life into food and create flavors that cause your taste buds to tingle. So come along and enjoy a memorable dinner that will be hard to ever forget.
