Located on the top level of the famed Horton Plaza mall in the Gaslamp Quarter, The Samba Grill embodies the island rhythms and divine tastes of Brazil. This authentic fusion makes Samba Grill the perfect destination for true Brazilian dining.

Executive chef, Victor Raimundo practices a traditional method of food preparation called churrascaria, where meats are roasted over fire in succulent juices on savory skewers. The Samba Grill also features an expansive salad bar with various signature items such as the Brazilian potato salad, homemade brown beans with garlic, and balsamic button mushrooms.

Everyday of the week is exciting at The Samba Grill; Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights are brought to life by live samba musicians and Brazilian dancers. Wednesday nights include a free wine tasting and Monday through Friday features happy hour specials.

Unfortunately for such a nice restaurant the food is TERRIBLE!!! Although it offers a pleasant atmosphere and great customer service, I cannot say the same for the food items. There are avrious meats served, but most if not all of them are over or under cooked and seasoned. As for the other entrees, they are disgusting (that's putting it nicely) there is not a lot to choose from, but what there is can be considered horrendous! I would not recommend this terrible and overpriced restaurant to anyone nor would I ever return to eat there even if I was offered a free all you can eat meal DEFINITELY THUMBS DOWN!!!
Conclusion
