Contemporary American menu items include Seafood Paella, a scrumptious blend of shrimp, scallops, mussels, clams, rockfish, chorizo, and vegetables served with Fragrant Saffron Rice, and Grilled Shrimp Brochette, potato puree, braised leeks, green asparagus, and white truffle emulsion.
Not in the mood for seafood? Then don’t skimp out on the Pan Seared Beef Tenderloin: roasted fingerling potatoes, braised Swiss chard, Maui onions and Cremini Mushrooms roasted in Shallot Cabernet Sauvignon Sauce. Just one taste and you’ll be hooked!
