Rubicon Deli opens their newest location in Mission Hills on April 25th! The new lunch-altering experience already has a huge following at its Pacific Beach location, drawing fans in for the best sandwiches in town. Some trusty favorites include: Spicy Tuna Sandwich with your choice of bread, tuna salad, pepper jack cheese, avocado, tomato, onion, pickle, pepperoncini, lettuce, mayo and habanero mustard; Half Pound Dom Pastram with your choice of bread, half a pound of hot pastrami, swiss cheese, sauerkraut, pickle, onion and yellow mustard; and The Wales Veg with your choice of bread, veggie mix (spinach, shredded cabbage, carrots, red bell pepper, parsley), jack cheese, avocado, tomato, onion, pickle, pepperoncini, mayo, herb of the valley mustard, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper. If you want to go naked, have your sandwich scooped into a bowl or order one of the salads, such as the Baby Blue Eyes Salad with chopped romaine topped with avocado, blue cheese, dried cranberries, walnuts, and a side of creamy poppy seed dressing. Yum!
