The bistro-style cafe and deli – Redfield’s Lounge and Bistro – is perfect for a casual meal, comfortable cocktail, or to-go dining whether you’re a hotel guest or a neighborhood local passing through the statuesque Manchester Grand Hyatt.

Redfield’s has always been known for the basics: breakfast pastries and freshly brewed Starbucks Coffee, sandwiches and salads, and refreshing on-the-go snacks and beverages throughout the day. By night, Redfield’s transforms into everyone’s go-to hotel bar, housing business travelers for martinis and just-arrived families for refreshments.

However, the Hyatt introduces San Diego to a new Redfield’s in 2008 with a gentleman’s sports bar flair. While hotel guests and ambiance seeking locals are not lounging at KIN on the fourth floor, they will be smoking cigars and enjoying late-night whiskey cocktails at Redfield’s, while sports and world news grace the screens of several new LCD TVs.
