Head into Rancho Grill on Saturday and Sunday and indulge in hearty breakfast entrees such as the Queen Ann Cheese Blitz with choice of cottage cheese or orange sherbet and strawberries; the Herb Crusted Quiche Lorraine served with fresh cantaloupe wedges; or the Eggs Ranchero with two eggs served on corn tortillas with spicy pepper ranchero sauce, avocado, refried beans and a beef tamale.
Wednesday through Saturday, the Rancho Grill serves up a quality selection of savory dinner entrees. Start off with the Beef Tenderloin Skewers with Blue Cheese Fondue alongside grilled asparagus and olive oil brushed crostini or the Ahi Tuna Napoleon with avocado, cucumber, sweet peppers, pickled ginger and wasabi aioli. For your main course choose from mouthwatering dishes such as the Hoisin Glazed Cedar Planked Salmon with sweet potato puree, sautéed spinach and sweet apple chipotle chutney; the Sweet Potato Gnocchi with pepper pulled pork and sweet apple jus; or the Pepper Dusted Scallops pan seared with creamy parmesan risotto, wilted spinach and saffron butter sauce.
