Offering pizza and beer in a relaxed, kick-back atmosphere, Pizza Port
has been pleasing locals for twenty years. Sharkbite Red is the Port’s
signature beer, but there are a plentitude of other beers that are
award-winning as well. Try the light Cardiff Cream Ale or the malty Ale Nino.
Pizza
Port offers 14 varieties
of pizza, from the anti-wimpy Meet Extra Meat (pepperoni, meatballs, Canadian
bacon, salami, and sausage) to the brazen Pizza San Clemente (tomatoes, olives,
onion, Spanish spices, and fresh cilantro) plus the opportunity to build your
own.
It’s always crowded here, so line up, place your order, and
be ready to grab a cafeteria table as soon as one opens up.
Special Mention: Pizza Port
is a great place to learn more about the varieties of beer. Talk to the
bartender and say what kind of beers you typically favor. You’ll get a recommendation and a sample
before you order that pitcher.
