Do you prefer pepperoni only on your pie? You might find it here, but Pizza Nova is the place to try a pizza with some of the most inventive ingredients you’ll ever see. The results are indisputably scrumptious. For example, there’s the grilled chicken pesto with mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes. There’s the BBQ chicken with smoked gouda, the five-cheese tomato, and the Thai shrimp with roasted peanuts. The namesake Pizza Nova features smoked salmon and goat cheese. The restaurant serves a variety of sandwiches, entrees and pastas as well, but the best plan is to order an appetizer, a pizza or two and a full salad to split. Pizza Nova even whets its guests appetites with style: the olive oil and garlic-drenched bread brought out is embarrassingly good.
