Catering to frequent NBA clientele, like Dennis Rodman, Pasquale's executive, chef Enzo Mauri, offers a unique selection of "Pasta for Play." The delectable Agnolotti Aragosta features homemade pasta stuffed with lobster in a tomato sauce. For a denser delicacy, order "The Steak"— promised to be 1 pound of the absolute best Iowa corn-fed prime New York steak you can find.
