Paradise Grille

I had a so-so experience when they first opened. I went back because the location is so great in the Flower Hill Mall. I was surprised at how great the food and service was. what a complete turn around. One of the best burgers with truffle fries and excellent wine that I have had in a while.

We had a group of about 12-13 people sitting at the outdoor fire pitt table. We got there at 7:30pm, but did not leave till 10:30pm. Why? We had the worst service from a waitress named LINDSAY. It took us half an hour to flag her down just to get drinks and appetizers. And not only did she not check in in our table, she also screwed our bill up. Half the night we were trying to get her attention so that we can order... we noticed that she went around other tables , greeted and checked in on them. Never once were we disrespectful, when food or drinks were served we smiled and said "Thank You". My friends and I don't expect to be treated like royalty, but we at least demand a bit of respect with no attitude. We understand that a person may have a bad day or it's because gratuity was included in the bill...but that's no excuse to treat people poorly. Besides, if she would have done an excellent job, we would have tipped on top of the included gratuity. The only good exceptions were the food, ambiance and the General Manager - who was the only one at that restaurant that seemed to care about the customers.

these people are so rude to you that its unreal, they have a bunch of highschool kids making a mess in that place and their managers are sooooo rude!!
