Pacific Beach Shore Club

We were looking for a place to watch the UW Badgers demolish the Iowa Hawkeyes early Saturday morning, January 5, 2008. Got a referral to the PB Shore Club and were warmly welcomed.

This place is awesome...it is the place to be. It is a place that anyone at any age would enjoy, I have even taken my parents there and they loved it! The bartenders are quick, the drinks are stong and the food is tasty! It is the place to watch any game with probably 20 flatscreens throughout the place! It has amazing views with fresh ocean breeze. As for all the other reviews with different opinions...go to hell!

absolute WORST place I've ever been!! Don't even bother checking it out.

Came in, LOVED it. Killer view, and the service was excellent, very attentive. Food was awesome. This is what people want in PB. View, relaxed dress, mexican/seafood, and the occasional green flash. Go here people, you'll like it.

PB Shore Club is the absolute WORST place I've ever been. The food tastes disgusting and when my boyfriend ordered chicken strips... they were RAW in the middle. Not cold, but UNCOOKED. Absolutely gross. The waitress was slow, rude, and had her fingers touching my food when she brought it out. Beer is served in "schooners" but when I got mine the beer was tepid and the glass it came in was HOT like it had just come out of the dishwasher... I understand it was busy, but who the hell wants beer in a hot glass? ew, I would never ever return here or recommend it to anyone.

Went to Shore Club Sunday for the Chargers Broncos game and had a blast. The place was packed and going crazy for the Chargers. This place has incredible views with windows that open up completely to the ocean. The lobster tacos were great. Also had some pretty good oysters. I really didn't pay attention to the service b/c I was enjoying the view and the game too much. This is an old school beach bar that I would recommend to everyone. Cheap drink and food prices.

My recent experience at the Shore Club was horrible. I heard that it was a great place with an awesome view. The view was the only worthwhile aspect. Our food took 45 minutes, our server was rude, the man who delivered our food was also very rude. Our server never apologized for the lenghthy food wait, we had to seek her out to ask for our tab, and she never returned after that. A truly horrible experience, I will never return!
