Master Chef Patrizio Sacchetto combines ingredients from Europe with the freshest local ingredients to enhance every bite of his Provencal influenced dishes. Some favorites include Chilean Sea Bass, Kobe Beef Filet and Colossal Prawns. Trained in Italy, France and Switzerland, Chef Patrizio Sacchetto has been recognized by food critics in both the U.S. and Canada.
